Program
EAG Ops operational alerts is a text-message program operated by Elevated Applications Group LLC ("EAG"). By checking the SMS consent box on the EAG Ops onboarding form, you agree to receive operational text messages from EAG at the mobile number you provided, including shift and detail scheduling confirmations and changes, onboarding instructions and document requests, hours-submission reminders, and time-sensitive operational updates. The box is unchecked by default; checking it is optional and is not a condition of employment, contracting, or any purchase.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect your contracting or employment relationship with EAG; we will reach you by other means.
